Summary of Position

Dalton First United Methodist Church is seeking an enthusiastic, ministry-oriented person to serve as the Director of the full-day program at their Children's Learning Center (CLC). The successful candidate will live into the CLC's mission statement, "Teaching our children and building a faith alongside parents that will last a lifetime." They will maintain a safe, healthy, nurturing environment for children, where all social, emotional, and cognitive developmental needs are met. In addition, they will be a leader with strong supervisory skills and a nurturing disposition. This role will serve as part of the Family Ministry team and will serve alongside the larger DFUMC community. This is a full-time position, which will begin in early summer to prepare for the 2024-25 school year.
