                 FITNESS SCHEDULE                
 
 

Monday/8:30a.m. -  40 minutes of continuous aerobic dance followed by 20 minutes of weight training.

Wednesday & Friday/8:30 a.m. -  an hour of weight training & aerobic movement intervals.

Monday & Wednesday/10:30 a.m. -  a 45 minute mixture of balance, low impact aerobics and muscle conditioning.

Monday & Thursday/5:15 p.m. -  30 minutes of step cardio followed by 30 minutes of weight training.

Saturday/9:00 a.m. - consists of  50 minutes of intense step cardio.

 

We are very grateful to have easily accessible fitness equipment such as body bars, dumbbells, tubing, medicine balls, resistive balls, and ankle weights. Also, remember the fitness room on the 3rd floor.

$2.00 per class (students and senior adults)

All participants must have an evaluation and participation form on file. You may get one from the instructor or print one from below.
